We present some of the projects that are changing the very shape of our beloved Port Vell, a living port that is constantly growing and changing, seeking to improve.

THE PORT OF BARCELONA AND THE FISHERMEN’S GUILD (CONFRARIA DE PESCADORS) REACH AN AGREEMENT TO REORGANISE THE MOLL DE PESCADORS AND IMPROVE SERVICES ON THIS DOCK

The Port of Barcelona and the Fishermen’s Guild (Confraria de Pescadors) agree the final details before signing an agreement to reorganise and improve the Moll de Pescadors dock, building new facilities for the fishing fleet.
This project, which will cost nearly 5 million euros, will adapt the dock to changing circumstances affecting both the fishing industry and society as a whole whilst also opening up new spaces to the public.
The development will, therefore, help to enhance the Port Vell, the Barceloneta neighbourhood and the city as a whole.
